All else being equal, lifting the capability of your people is one of the strongest levers for lasting impact and ROI.

How we’ve helped

We design blended sales-enablement programmes using a three-step process:

Co-design

Surface real challenges,
define success, align on measurement.

Learning architecture

Map modalities, sequencing and milestones.

Agile build and delivery

Design and develop in sprints, review and iterate.

Case study

For Frucor Suntory, we built Exceller8, a multi-layered sales-training programme for 300+ reps across 14 territories in Australia and New Zealand, combining eLearning, in-car podcasts, virtual peer conferences, a social community and a content hub.

The problem we solve

Most sales training stops at knowledge transfer; reps learn the product or system, sit through the slides and go back to doing what they've always done. Real capability uplift requires learning that's relevant, designed to shift behaviour and create habits.

What makes it stick?

It starts with belief. Your top performers don't just do different things, they believe different things and those beliefs drive the behaviours that set them apart.

What you can expect

Before we design anything, we uncover the beliefs that define your high performers within your context, then build a programme that spreads them across your teams. Capability uplift is about scaling and amplifying the beliefs your best people already hold.

What our clients say

One of the big things from sales reps is they like that Exceller8 is adapted to all learning styles. I got a message from a new rep saying, 'I love this program. I don't have to read every word. I can hear the characters talking.’
