Your challenges

Induction

The first 90 days set the tone for the years that follow.

Get onboarding right and you'll increase retention, engagement and performance. Get it wrong and you'll spend thousands replacing people who never really started.

Case study

For Suntory Oceania, we co-designed SIP – the Suntory Induction Programme – with new starters and managers. Every new hire now gets a clear journey from before day one, with pathways for new starters, managers and buddies, a welcome pack and quarterly sessions for managers. At the 12-month evaluation, most people leaders said they felt better equipped to onboard new hires.

The problem we solve

Onboarding is one of the most critical experiences you can create: new employees' senses are heightened, and they're constantly comparing recruitment promises to on-the-job reality.

What makes it stick?

Build community with colleagues and purpose, supported by a leader and a buddy. Give new starters the lead role in their own induction, within a supportive structure. Get them adding value through real work as soon as possible, and make it meaningful by linking their purpose to your strategy.

What you can expect

New starters who feel they belong, know where to put their energy and add value sooner, so more of them stay.

What our clients say

Together with Inspire Group, we built something that people believed in. Now, regions across Suntory are looking to us for what great looks like.
