Bulla Dairy Foods needed a learning experience aimed at creating a stronger emotional connection and deeper self-reflection around the right safety behaviours at Bulla Dairy.
The audience included learners from both the back office and the factory floor, many of whom have been with Bulla for a long time – the experience needed to land well with everyone.
All staff at the Australian dairy company that manufactures a national and export range of ice cream, table cream, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, and imitation cream under various brands.
Inspire Group worked with subject matter experts from across Bulla to identify the current culture of safety, including identifying target areas where we could develop appropriate scenarios that would be relatable for staff, and would ‘bring to life’ potential risk areas. The result was a visually appealing, mobile-friendly module with a good balance of safety policy, Bulla family values, conversational language and evocative graphics.
